THE MEDIUM XBOX ONE SERIES
The dual-reality mechanic goes just about far enough to keep its slowest gameplay moments interesting, and paired with a fantastic narrative and exceptionally eerie atmosphere, it’s an easy recommendation for fans of Bloober Team’s work in the past and the horror genre in general. The Medium is available on both Xbox Series X and Series S as well as PC, meaning that this is the first title we've played that cannot run on prior generation Xbox One hardware - and that makes.
THE MEDIUM XBOX ONE PC
The pacing stumbles in the middle, but that’s where the enticing narrative picks up the slack to drive you through. Best Sellers Rank: 8,832 in PC & Video Games ( See Top 100 in PC & Video Games) 153 in Xbox Series X & S Games.
THE MEDIUM XBOX ONE FULL
Bloober Team’s most ambitious ideas aren’t realized to their full potential, but it’s a step in an exciting new direction. That being said, The Medium isn’t perfect. If this is a sign of things to come for Xbox in 2021, it’s looking to be a great year ahead. It’s got me optimistic not only about the future of Bloober Team but about Xbox exclusives on the whole.

It’s the kind of game that the Xbox Series X needed at launch.

CONCLUSIONS: The medium is a game which exceeded my expectations despite some minimal technical errors that the game has, being a solid game and that they put love and dedication behind it.Having played titles like Miles Morales, God of War, and The Last of Us: Part II on PlayStation, Xbox’s exclusive have for so long - for the most part - felt behind the curve. Considering that Xbox Series X didn’t launch with any true exclusives, The Medium is the first game to really make a case for the console’s power.

TECHNICAL ASPECTS: The game suffers from frame drops in very specific sections and this is mostly due to the bad use of short term storage memories (RAM) that the game has, in resolution issues I saw some sudden and extremely short drops in resolution being the minimum I witnessed of 900p ( on an Xbox series S) and did not last much more than 2 seconds and the Poppin that affects objects or cards that is appreciated when interacting with one of these objects, these three problems can be easily solved with a couple of patches. ART AND MUSIC: The artistic aspect is one of the strong points that The medium achieves in its maximum splendor, having a trapping atmosphere and with an environment in which you breathe anguish and suspense in equal parts and the music that comes from hand Akira Yamaoka accompanies and finishes giving life to that paranormal environment in which you feel that there is always someone looking at you either from the physical world as the afterlife. STORY: From now on I tell you, it is a story that hooked me from the call that Marianne receives at the beginning of the game, all that atmosphere of mystery that surrounds the game is captivating, during the whole journey had me thinking about what could happen in the following minutes, the story has some good plot twists that tell in a progressive way and do not drop it all at once as it is customary in current similar games, also managing to convey quite strong feelings through the use of a well done work of voice actors.

Well after having finished The medium in a Series X and having played it all in one session I will give you my little review: GRAPHICS: Well after having finished The medium in a Series X and having played it all in one session I will give you my little review: GRAPHICS: While the graphics do not show to be optimal for a game that opens the generation for Xbox series, we have to remember that it is already a demanding game for having to render two complete worlds with two completely different aspects, each with its own assets, animations and sounds.
